I advise executive teams and digital and product leaders on board advisory, consultancy and interim leadership across digital and AI transformation. I also run webinars and round tables. I have spent over 30 years in financial services: global markets, asset management and investment banking.

I built the Galapagos Framework to fix how leaders direct change. Most transformations fail for human, organisational and delivery reasons, not technical ones. The framework changes that. Done well, it produces products customers actually want and delivery teams who are motivated rather than burnt out.

I am also a Visiting Lecturer at City University's Bayes Business School, where I teach, coach and mentor. I write and speak regularly on transformation and leadership.

Before Galapagos I held a range of leadership roles and delivered transformation programmes across digital channels, eCommerce, data and risk analytics. I am a multi-certified practitioner in modern delivery techniques, and I have built high-performing, diverse agile delivery functions focused on business value, quality and innovation.
